United in Leadership

At the heart of JKUSA’s leadership are Glen and Vanessa — a visionary Chair and Vice Chair whose synergy is both strategic and student-centered. Their leadership isn’t confined to boardrooms or formalities — it’s visible in hostel visits, club meetings, academic discussions, and spontaneous conversations with students across campuses.

From day one, Glen and Vanessa set a precedent for proximity — closing the gap between leadership and the ordinary student. They’ve been active voices and listening ears, ensuring student welfare is not just a buzzword but a lived priority. Whether it’s mental health concerns, academic reforms, or student activities, they have brought empathy, courage, and clarity to every engagement.

But the strength of this administration doesn’t end with them.

Ashley, the dynamic Secretary General, is the pulse of communication and coordination — ensuring student concerns are organized, documented, and turned into actionable motions. Her precision and tenacity keep the executive grounded and focused on what truly matters: the student voice.

Levis, the Finance Secretary, brings foresight and integrity to student budgeting and financial planning. With a sharp eye on resource allocation, Levis has been instrumental in ensuring transparency, accountability, and meaningful impact in every coin spent — championing bursary disbursements, club sponsorships, and cost-effective event planning.

Together, this team isn’t just leading from the top. They’re leading from among us. They’re showing up. They’re speaking up. They’re laying down a foundation of leadership that listens, serves, and uplifts — a leadership that reminds every student at JKUAT that they matter.
